Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the specialist nature of our products, our returns policy is outlined below.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Due to the limited availability and bespoke nature of certain products, including Limited Edition colours and other rare materials, not all items are eligible for return or refund. All return requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Returned goods must be unused and returned in their original condition, including all original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if products are damaged, used, altered, or not returned in a resaleable condition.
Where a return is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
